Complimentary
gift wrapping, shipping service and the Bridal Registry are just
some of the reasons why it is a pleasure to shop for gifts at the
Irish Centre.
What makes the
experience so much fun is that there are so many lovely gifts from
which to choose.
The wedding department carries several thoughtful gift ideas such as candles for the altar in church, Claddagh ring pillows, cake tops, garters and wedding hankies all with an Irish touch - a green shamrock or an embroidered Claddagh symbol.

 |
 |
| "The Irish Wedding Book" will help you plan your wedding day and the "Irish Blessing Book" will help the Best Man select an appropriate Irish blessing for the wedding toast. Brides keep them always as a memento of the special day. |

| The baby department sells christening dresses of heirloom quality from Ireland. It is the custom among some Irish families to embroider the names and birth dates of each child to be christened on the hem of the slip. The Irish Centre has an experienced embroiderer who will personalize christening dresses and christening blankets. |

| Another
Irish tradition is "The Magic Bonnet", a beautiful christening hat
made from an Irish linen handkerchief with lace shamrock trim which
is treasured until the wedding day when the hat becomes the hanky
for the bride to carry as "something old". |
| Exciting and
alluring Irish colognes, fragrances, perfumes, aftershaves and aromatherapy
bath and shower gels are available for men and women. |

Other gift selections include rosary beads, decorative candles,
"Prayers of An Irish Mother" book, and scarves with designs from the
Book of Kells.
Nicholas Mosse is a popular line of pottery and tableware offered at
the Irish Centre boutique. Fun and colorful, it is a gift for celebrating many
occasions.

| The
Irish Centre carries a wide selection of compact disks and cassette
tapes, from traditional Irish songs and the old favorites to the latest
in New Age music. There is a broad selection of videos. There is a
line of Irish cards for weddings, birthdays and anniversaries. The
shop stocks plenty of the famous Barry's Tea. |
| In addition to
the signed and numbered Irish landscape prints by Edmund Sullivan
which are sold at the store and decorate its walls, the Irish Centre
also carries a number of framed photographs from Ireland with brilliant
colors that could light up even the darkest downtown Dublin pub. These
startingly beautiful photographs are presented by Celtic Images, a
company that matches lovely Irish scenery with touching Irish blessings. |
